She is such a cutie I just can't help making cards with her. She is one of the cutest digis I have seen. Thanks to Inky Impressions for such a great design.
Well, you know Grandma got run over by a reindeer and all other sorts of things have happen to her, but this time I think she is just over the hill. ;)
The card sentiment is not too clear, but it says:
People really act weird at Christmas time!
What other time of year do you sit in front of a dead tree in the living room and eat nuts and sweets out of your socks?
I hope you've enjoyed my little humor here and if it made you smile, then I accomplished what I set out to do.
Take care and God Bless.

Oh, what fun!!!!
The first Saturday of each month my daughter and I have a card class and crop with about 30 of the greatest, funloving ladies ever. There is so much laughter, sharing and having such a wonderful time I thought I would share a few pictures. We have it in our fellowship hall at Messiah Church, Prattville, Al.
We teach a new technique every month and it's lots of fun. We have some advanced scrappers and we have some beginners, so we have a fun time.
We really enjoy each and everyone of our scrapping buddies.
So again, thanks for stopping buy and taking a peek. Take care and God Bless.

Morning Y'all
It's been a little crazy around here, the family had some sort of crud going around, sinus infections, and my daughter had pneumonia. Everyone is healthy and my daughter and I are feeling Scappy again. There has been soooo much going on I can hardly wait to share. We received our, well, really hers (she paid for it), ;-) , new cutting machine, BaZINGa, we thought that was a cute name. You need to go to her blog and read about the excitement on it's arrival.
Her Blog is Sassy Scrappers Studio, it is so funny.
Now,on to the next morning during my first cup of java while trying to get all the functions working for the day, when you're old it takes a while, I always look at all the great blogs I follow and then some and stampTV had a tutorial for the bleach technique, which I have never tried, so I decided hey, lets go for it. The cardstock was the Deep Gold color and after the bleaching the flower petals turned to such a delicate Ivory. So here is my card for my very first bleach attempt project. I was really amazed.
Thanks to Gina K. on stampTV for doing the tutorial.
Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek. Take care and God Bless.

Good Morning America!!
I think my family is on the mends now from some sort of crud going around and now it's back to business or should I say playing. ;) I was having my coffee and looking at the news the other morning and of course you see and hear about all the military happenings and something in my heart inspired me to do a Military Thank You card. I live in a military area where we have couples come and go and have some friends that I scrapbook with that are military ladies, just great friends. So here is my card for all military keeping us safe here in our country.

Hang Cancer Out to Dry
I think Link up for Pink is one fantastic idea. Everyone knows or knew someone that is going through the process of fighting breast cancer and I think this is a great awareness opportunity for all. I just hope and pray that a cure will be found soon.
I did a little something different for my card and decided to title it "Hang Cancer Out to Dry". I saw the stamp of the owls on "Just Yolie's, Just Create" blog, which by he way I also won the stamp as her blog candy, received it today a little too late for this card, but did copy the owls and the bra somewhat and hung them, along with a towel, and a ribbon in a garden of pink flowers with the blimp cruising by with the banner, "Save the Hooters". The stamp is from Fresh Brewed Designs and is absolutely adorable. It will be used on my next card for Link up for Pink very soon.

Are we ready for some Football?
"Here are a few players ready to go! I thought I would have some more fun with the stamps purchased from La La Land Stamps. I made a few cards with the football player when something clicked, as usual, and I took it a step further.
So if you’re an Alabama fan, (not me, lol) here’s a cute football champ.
Or an Auburn fan, (not me, lol) another football hero cutie.
Or a LSU fan, well, now we’re talking….LOL. Being from New Orleans I still pull for the Tigers. Geaux Tigers…he’s awesome….lol You know the old saying, you can take a girl out of Louisiana, but can’t take the Louisiana out of a girl.
These will all be on sale with a lot of other cards for all occasions, scrapbook layouts, flowers, and Sassy Shimmer Spritz with some new colors that are Fall inspired, and Oh, some really beautiful shimmers that you will really enjoy using on your scrapbooking, cards, or projects at the St. Michael and All Angel’s Fest, in Millbrook on Saturday, October 15th. Hope to see y’all there.
Hope you enjoyed my team….lol
Take care and God Bless.

New ideas for storage that are priceless!!!!
Hi everyone, hope y’all are having a great week. I have a couple of really neat things to share with you today. I don’t know about you, but we have punch storage problems and stamp storage problems. We store our stamps in CD cases and are super easy to store and ever so easy to find which one you’re looking for, but every time we think all is going well, and every thing has its place, we buy more, of course. : )) Well, my daughter Kelly, aka my Scrap Buddy and best friend in the world, went to the flea market to browse around the other day and as we walked down one aisle she said, oh, a punch holder…….wait until you see the pic of this a little further on. It is the greatest!!!!! All punches are in sight, just pick the one you want to use. Fantastic idea goes to Kelly. By the way, her blog is SassyScrapperStudio.blogspot.com and she has some techniques, ideas, and goodies for you to check out.
So, back to our shopping trip, we walked around looking for CD holders, which you can’t even buy at Wal-Mart anymore, to hold our collection of stamps we store in the CD cases and I said, hey, here’s some. They were even in the correct colors to match our scraproom which is Lime Green, Black and Hot Pink. So we picked up two of them and you’ll want to see these also……… ever so great and holds a lot of stamps. This idea goes to me, Mom.
We have really had a good time organizing this week and I must say the two ideas we had are working great. In fact, we went back to the flea market and bought another shutter/CD rack. As we were checking out the owner asked, what are you doing with the shutter? I answered, sir that is a CD holder. He looked and checked it out and just had a good laugh. He said, now that’s what I call recycling.
I have made a few cards this week that I will post later. I started using my Copic Markers and some new stamps I got from La-La Land. They are cute as can be.
That’s it for now, have a great day, take care and God Bless.

Meet Owliver and Owlivia
I received the cutest owl stamp set and just had to play with them. So I would like to introduce them to you and hope you enjoy my creation.
Have a great day, take care and God Bless.
My first post to my new Blog.
Okay, here goes my friends, took me years to get my own blog, wooo hooo, but I am going to do my best to keep you entertained, to share ideas and some creativity. It’s been a very rainy day here in Alabama. Such a great scrapping day, it gets my mind relaxed and I get to create and think of all sorts of neat things that just pop up into my mind. (Not bad for the age.)
First thing I thought of this morning, after opening a package with a very large stamp on a wooden block, was what can I put this stamp on and get it off the wooden block? The largest acrylic block I have seen is 4 ½ X 6 ½, that I own anyway, and the stamp needs about another quarter of an inch to fit perfectly. Well, sitting at my desk I just happen to look across the room and I had one all the time that was just perfect, there was my block to use, the plate from the Sizzix Big Shot. Works absolutely great!! You will just need to keep one for stamping and not running through the machine so it stays flat. Okay, problem solved there, go with my bad self…lol
I then proceeded to make a card and it had a little blank spot that needed that little something in the upper left-hand corner. I still had some Prima mulberry paper flowers lying on my desk, so I picked one up and folded it in half, cut one petal off and there was the cutest dang butterfly ever! Here is the card and check out the cutesy butterfly.
At the CKC Convention in Nashville, Tn., I bought the cutest stamp at The Stamps of Life booth that I am having a great time with.

This is the neatest……I have made pop up cards for all occasions and Christmas too. Just think of slipping in a gift card for friends, co-workers, and just for even saying “Thanks a Latte”, and it makes a terrific stocking stuffer, too!
I think that’s all I can handle today and probably you too, so bye for now and have a great day.
Take care and God Bless.
