Hang Cancer Out to Dry

I think Link up for Pink is one fantastic idea. Everyone knows or knew someone that is going through the process of fighting breast cancer and I think this is a great awareness opportunity for all. I just hope and pray that a cure will be found soon.

I did a little something different for my card and decided to title it "Hang Cancer Out to Dry". I saw the stamp of the owls on "Just Yolie's, Just Create" blog, which by he way I also won the stamp as her blog candy, received it today a little too late for this card, but did copy the owls and the bra somewhat and hung them, along with a towel, and a ribbon in a garden of pink flowers with the blimp cruising by with the banner, "Save the Hooters". The stamp is from Fresh Brewed Designs and is absolutely adorable. It will be used on my next card for Link up for Pink very soon.

This card is being entered in the challenge: Oldie But a Goodie

  6. My daughter and I teach a card class the first Saturday of each month, which was today, and one of our friends loved this card, so it was given to her for her mother-in-law who is going through her second round of chemo for breast cancer. I hope and pray she has a positive outcome.
