For All the Survivors

Good Morning, welcome back, I love when you stop by to visit. Today is my post for LINK UP FOR PINK for Breast Cancer Awareness. I decided to do my card for the "Survivors" today as I know they had a very hard battle to overcome this cancer. I wish you the "Very Best Wishes" for the future.

My Cute Little Farm Boy

I had this image tucked away in some files and thought he would make a really cute card to post in the challenge Pause Dream Enjoy.  I only get to do this one time, yep, just one time,  as I will be on the design team next week, so I just had to enter...  just had too..  ;)   So I hope you like my little guy as he is wearing a big smile for you...  oh, and has a bouquet too.  :)

Cards With More Than One Fold

I'm baaaackkk!!!  ; )  Hello there, it's that time again to post another of my creations for The Crafty Pad.  I made a card using three folds and added a beautiful Butterfly and a Dahlia to my card front.  So three folds for my card and many, many more folds to make the Dahlia.  So here goes..........

The Butterfly is from a digi set at Crafty Pad and comes with a very lovely sentiment.  Of course, it can't be read, so I will post it on here also.

Butterflies are beautiful things-

So colorful with delicate wings.

Fluttering to each bloom so bright,

It’s wonderful to see them in their flight.

They silently go along the way –

So take the time to watch one day.

I post a card weekly for LINK UP FOR PINK because it's for such a super fantastic cause.
This card is titled Best Wishes as I do want to wish the best for all going through different phases of Breast Cancer.  I hope you like my card because it's just for you.

The stamp set I used is named "ALL ABOUT HER", 'Moulin Divas Tre's Chic'.  The image was colored with Copic Markers, the flourishes were from the Spellbinder die set named Floral Flourishes, the paper, ribbon, and stones are from my stash bought at Michael's at one time or another.
Well, that wraps it up for this week and I'll see you again on June 28th.  I hope you come to visit with me then as I enjoy our visits tremendously.

THE BIG DAY HAS ARRIVED!! LUFP CHALLENGE #3

Hi all, today is the beginning of LINK UP FOR PINK - CHALLENGE #3

Scrappers it is time to start entering you creations for a special cause and to win some fabby prizes that I will tell you about in a minute.

First of all, I need to show you my creation for today.  I hope you like it and it makes you smile.

This is such a cute image and it came from Bugaboo Stamps.  They have the greatest selection of digis for all occasions.  You need to hop on over to their store and check it out.  The paper I used for my card came for the DT pack we received, some from Hobby Lobby, and some from stash.  I colored the image with Copic markers and added the beautiful bow embellishment with Crinkled Ribbon from 3 Girl Jam.  Oh, they have some real goodies in their store, twine, canvas borders, and some beautiful vintage buttons.  Whew!  you can really shop til' you drop at these stores.

But the BEST NEWS IS.......if you enter your creation, which is for a special cause, in CHALLENGE #3 you can win some fabby prizes from these Super Duper Sponsors.

Hi again, I'm back with another creation for LINK UP FOR PINK and this time I brought a new friend with me and her name is Magnolia. She is sending some love your way.

Magnolia is colored with Copic Markers, the cardstock is from Michaels and the beautiful pattern paper is from the LUFP DT pack, the border die cut is Martha Stewart, my flowers are Prima, ribbon, pearls, and heart shaped stones are all from my scrappin' goodies in the studio.

Happy Father's Day

Hi again, Blogger and Scrapper Friends, I hope all is going well with you.  Thanks for stopping by to take a peak, [or to take a good look, wooo hooo, ;)]  and hope you come by often as I am so happy to have you visit.

I am posting my creation for The Crafty Pad Challenge #174, "Let's Hear It for the Boys" and decided to create something a little different.  So here we go... I hope you like it.  I used a steampunk design for a change in creating my card.

I used the Crafty Pad Image of the Watch and used Rock Candy to give it a little more depth and texture.

And after working a few hours on this one I just couldn't stop there and did the inside with the sentiment written in "Typewriter Font" and used an old typewriter stamp to embellish.

The Crafty Pad is giving away two really awesome, fabby, prizes this week, so get busy in your scrap room and send in your creations for a chance to win.

Hi my friends, I am back with another post "Cheer Up" for LINK UP FOR PINK with a cute little sweetie to help bring on a smile. She is Primrose from Crafty Sentiments Designs and was colored with Copic Markers. I hope she helps to brighten your day.



The "Cheer Up" stamp is from JustRite stamps and the sentiment punches are from Stampin' Up. The butterfly punch is from EK Success and The paper is from K and Company, but from my paper stash from long ago. I knew I was hoarding that paper pack for a reason. : ) And of course the ribbon is from my ribbon stash as well.

New Releases from The Crafty Pad

Good Morning, another great day for scrapping, but also to see the new images that have been released by The Crafty Pad, Silhouette images.  Oh, so cool, you really need to check them out. So with that said, here is my creation using an Oil Lamp silhouette.

The flowers are from Prima and the inside sentiment tag Hugs to You is from the "JustRite Hugs to You Set." The border punched die is by Fiskars and I've had it forever it seems, but was perfect for this card.
