Pretty Lady

Welcome back everyone and I hope you had a very Blessed Easter.  Today I have made a card for Through the Purple Haze Challenge "Creativity".
 Through the Purple Haze

I hope you are pleased.  So lets get into all the action going on here.

I used paper from a 5x7 inch paper pack, Anna Griffin "Carmen Collection"
I used a Spellbinders die, Majestic Labels #25,  to cut the oval.
I also used a Spellbinders die to cut the flourishes from the Bella Rose Collection.
The flowers are from my stash from Hobby Lobby from the Mr. & Mrs. flower section (Wedding).
I made two stick pins with matching gems and added a spray of pearls (which doesn't show very well in the picture).
I used my image from our generous sponsor Milk and Coffee and colored it with my Copic Markers.
Ta-Dah... all done.

 Milk and Coffee

So now it's your turn to send in your creation for a chance to win some free digis from our fantastic sponsor.  Now that's an awesome prize waiting for someone to win!!  Is it going to be you????  I hope to see lots of my scrappy friends, as well as any new visitiors here join in.

Well, that's it for today,

POP ! ! ! !

Hi again, it's time for another post for Through the Purple Haze Challenge - "New Folding Technique", so lets get going and there will be more about the card later in the post.

Thanks to our Sponsor Hougie Crafts for the Tutorial on the Pop Up Box technique.  It was super fun to do and there is so many variations you can make.  Check out our DTs inspirations on Through the Purple Haze Blog, they are awesome!!  Then check out Hougie Crafts for lots of crafting fun!!

 Hougie Crafts
The digi I used was from Stitchy Bear's Digi Outlet and it is "Flowers for Mom", so I decided to do a box of flowers using the Pop Up Box.
 Stichey Bear Stamps
The card is a 6x6 card and so to add a little more embellishments I put two buttons and a cord as if you had to open it, but it's just a fold.  So that is the front and I put my sentiment on one section and a butterfly on the other section.  Turning the card over, backside, I added some flowers.
Then POP ! ! ! !  here's my box of flowers and my image.

I used some blue cardstock from my stash, and the patterned paper is from Gina K, which has been in my hoarding stash.   LOL
Butterflies were punched with Stampin' Up Punch.
Flowers from my stash.
Buttons and cord from stash as well.
Sentiment on front is on small oval die from Spellbinders.
Matted with Small Scalloped Oval from Spellbinders.
My digi, Flowers for Mom were colored with my Copic Markers.

I had lots of fun making this and I hope you check out our sponsors so you can have fun too!!
So get our your scrappin' goodies and get going and join our challenge.  There are some images to be won from Stichy Bear's Digi Outlet.

So until next time,
Take Care and God Bless
Hugs

Friends.....

Hi everyone, here I am again, but this time it's for a challenge :Anything Goes, " Challenges 4 Everybody.
 Challenges 4 Everybody

For this challenge I am using an image from Sherri Baldy, Scrapbook Stamp Society and she was just what I needed to do my vintage card.  So my friends, check it out and please, leave me a comment.

I used Recollections card stock for my card base
and used Core'dinations Lavender with white core for the layer under the patterned paper and embossed it with an embossing folder..
The patterned paper is a 6x6 Pack, Gina K., Parisian Garden (Hoarded for quite a while) :)
I inked a doily and placed it under my image.
My image was colored with my Copic Markers and was from Scrapbook Stamp Society.

Flowers from Spare Parts were added embellishments.
I also added an Organza ribbon and  pearls from my stash.
I made my sentiment ticket and stamped it with "Forever Friends" from"Just Rite Stamp Set", Friendship Blooms.
Okay, there's the ingredients for this one and I hope you like it!  Now, it's your turn to get your card entered so maybe you can be a winner for some Sherri Baldy images from Scrapbook Stamp Society.  It will be an awesome prize!!!!!

Thanks for stopping by and visiting and if you're new, please feel free to browse around and hope you'll be back soon.....  I will!!

So until next time,
