Let's Rock ! ! !

Hi my scrappy friends old and new, if you're new here, welcome aboard and feel free to browse around.
To start off with, let me say this......  the following is a sketch!!  LOL  You are probably thinking what's with this crazy lady, I know that's a sketch!!

Oh, well, as you can see I did not follow the sketch.... ummm....(with a good imagination, yes)  but after I made this card, I said, well, I will post it anyway and then go to the time out corner... : (   I really liked what I did with the image and thought the piano card was just too cute!  I hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it.  So here is what my sketch card came out to be.  :)

I used some Hot Pink Glitter paper on top of a solid black card stock and then added the Guitar patterned paper from Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, Wonder Years.
Then I punched out the piano keys with a Stampin' Up Punch... Little Window Word Punch.  I cut out the music notes as well as the Hot Pink Star Burst on my Zing Cutter.  I fussy cut the guitar and then coated it with Diamond Glaze to give the guitar base a really classy shine... just hard to photograph.

Then I stamped the sentiment Turn Up the Volume and Rock Star from Stampabilities.
I love the image, Jillian Jammin from Lacy Sunshine.... oh, how I love her digis...  sooooo cute and I colored her with my Copic Markers.
You have to go look around the Lacy Sunshine Shop..... Whew!! this is a shoppe... and there is a magazine available now too!!   Just go and see for yourself... unbelievable!!!  Downright Awesome!!!

Here is some great news.....  create your card and join our Through the Purple Haze Challenge and you could be the winner of some free digis from Lacy Sunshine.  That is one great prize!!

So get to Scrappin' to make it Happin'  !!

Oh, there is a sketch to follow.... LOL!!

Well, that's it for today,

Until next time

Va Va Voom

Hi my friends old and new, glad you are stopping by to visit and I do hope you enjoy what you see.

Well, this lady, Ms. Razz Matazz, is sort of sassy, devilish, or maybe planning her next Mardi Gras Costume for my home town, New Orleans, La. USA.  Oh, she would fit right in, too!!  So lets move on....

Here she is, I think she is an awesome digi and she is from Rick St. Dennis and of course she is Miss Razz Matazz.  it took a little time coloring, especially, since I don't do much yellow, not one of my favorite colors, but I think she looks pretty snazzy...  think???   Give some comments on this one to let me know what you think.  Good or Bad, I need them all!!   And you really need to check out this store, unbelievable!!!  A great shopping place....  Whew!! I am going to need to get out of retirement and find a job...  LOL

So starting off with the makings of this card, I colored my image with my Copic Markers.
I used Recollection Paper for my card base.
The patterned paper is from G.C.D. Studios, Designer Paper, Chianti Collection, Patchwork Dots.  Whew!  that's a lot for a name and it's old and out of my stash.  LOL

I then glued some crystal and black stones of different shapes on the image and it really made it POP!!
I used a feathery type cord to frame the picture and that's about it.

So now it's your turn to get your creation entered in the Through the Purple Haze Challenge and maybe you will be the winner of some great digis!!  Woo Hoo.... I love winning free stuff... :-)

My friends, it's time for me to move on.... I have a busy day today getting more cards ready.

So until next time
Take care and God Bless

Do you own a puppy???

Well, my friends you will want one after you see this cute little fella!!  He is so sweet and adorable.... you just want to hug him..  okay, so let me show you what I am rambling on about..

Okay, now wouldn't you say he is one cute little puppy..... and don't you wish you had him?  Well, you can get him at Tiddly Inks, YES!!!   And while you're there you need to check out the store... oh, gosh, it's one of those "shop til' you drop stores".  Awesome!!!!
 tiddly inks
So now let me tell you about the makings of my card.,

The red and blue cardstock is Recollections.
Then the pattern paper, oh, gosh, it's been around here a while... but it's from The Paper Studio.
I colored my furry friend with my Copics E29, E25 and E35.
I made a tiny double bow and hung a little tag "Licks & Kisses".

Wait!!! there's more... I printed the image twice, colored the first one and then colored only the head of the second and fussy cut it and put it on a wobble... so this little guy even shakes his head!!!!

So now my friends new and old it's time to get out your scrappy stuff and get your creation in.... you can submit your creation for....  the DT Call.    LOL  Well, I think that's about it for this post so....

Until Next Time

Smiles for our Sunshine Children

Hello, I hope you're have a great day!  I am feeling awesome because I have two cards to send to the Sunshine Mail Foundation.  It just puts joy in my heart to know these kids get so excited to receive cards and other donations and that it puts a big old smile on their faces.  Now who wouldn't feel good about that?

So here is what I have made and I hope you enjoy them and perhaps get some inspiration to send some cards too!!

My first card I used some patterned paper from my stash.
I printed my sentiment with a Just Rite stamp and cut it out with a circle punch.
My image, Little Bear Garden Delight, I think is precious, and it is from our generous sponsor Stamp Art Design by Kathryne.
I colored the image with my Copic Markers.
I tied a little red bow and there you go .

Now lets move on to one more card for our Sunshine Children.

This little cutie is from Stamp Art Design by Kathryne also and her name is Fiona Fairy.
This was also made by using paper from Paper Studio.
I colored the adorable image with my Copic Markers.
Tied a pretty pink bow and here we have another card to be sent to Sunshine Mail.

I just enjoy creating these for the kids.  Here is where you can get some info and I hope you get some of the awesome enjoyment from helping too!

Well, my friends, thanks for stopping by and if you are here for the first time enjoy your visit, browse around and see what's been going on here.  I've been pretty busy over the past few weeks, so there's lots to see.

So until next time,
Take care and God Bless.
