You are so Beautiful!!

Yes bald is beautiful!!  You don't need hair to be beautiful, lovable, sincere, intelligent, sassy, happy, charming and a God loving person.  So I made this card just for those of you that are going through Chemo or have completed your treatments.  I hope this creation brings a smile to your face.

This is an awesome image to support such a great cause and it was designed by Sherri Baldy over at Scrapbook Stamp Society and given to us at Link Up for Pink to make a creation.  It is so cute.  Fantastic job Sherri!!  Thank you so much, you are great!!!

Today I am not going to stay here too long as we are having severe weather and don't want to blow my puter up.  :)  We are under a tornado watch and sever thunderstorm warning, so with that being said, I am out of here.

Until next time take care and God Bless.
Hugs,
Joanie

Good News????

Hi, this Link Up for Pink card is for all the survivors who have won the battle.  I wish everyone would get that great news because a cure has been found.  I thought my card would be a great celebration card.  I hope you enjoy it.

A little info now on what I used.  My background patterned papers are from Close to My Heart, the striped being from "Dotty for You", and the flowered from my most favorite pack "Mayberry". Mayberry is retired now, but I made sure I had quite a supply on hand before it was gone for good.  It's just a happy paper pack, cheerful, and just fun to use.  The ribbon is from my stash.  The die cuts are Spellbinders Ovals.  The cute stamps I used are from Stamps of Life, "Owls2Love" and is a really awesome stamp set.  It also has some really cute sentiments to complete your card.

So to all the Scrappers out in blogland get your scrappin' started and enter your creation in
and you can win some awesome prizes!

Well, my scrappy friends that's all I have to share with you today,
so until next time,
Take care and God Bless
Hugs

I hope and pray that everyone fighting the battle can say soon they have won because a cure has been found.

Hi Scrappers, it time once again for you to get your Scrappin' goodies out and get ready to enter Link Up for Pink Challenge #9 beginning January 24th and there is a great prize to be given to a lucky scrapper and we'll talk more about that in a few.  Here is my creation and I hope a cure is found soon,.

The punch is from Martha Stewart that was used for the border, I added a little embossing to the next layer to give a little more depth.  The vine is from Heartfelt and the sentiment is from Pink Design and punched out with Stampin' Up punches.  Now for the little flower buds, can you guess what I used there?  Something really different, it is small turtle shells from Stamps of Life "Turtle2Love".  This is a great stamp set that can be used in many ways.

Howdy.......

Just a little Link Up for Pink card to say hi and to let all of you know I think about you and you're always in my prayers.  So here is my little country girl with a few little flowers for you.

The patterned paper is from a Basic Grey 6x6 paper pack "Soleil", the solid cardstock is from stash, the image which I think is so sweet is from Elisabeth Bell, I think she is a doll and just love her little boots.  :)  I colored the image with Copic Markers and added the little sentiment and punched tags from Stampin' Up.

I hope you enjoyed my creation as much as I did making up.

Now for some really great news, Link Up for Pink Challenge #9 is starting January 24th and our awesome sponsor, Stamps for Life is giving a great prize, a 4x6 stamp set, how fantastic is that????

Dream

Dream... something we all need to do.  It's helps tremendously.  The back is better and the shoulder is almost there....  woo hoo.  I dream from now on that I can do some things that I did when I was younger.  ; )  So with things on the mend I am back to being able to scrap, oh, how I missed it.

Here is my creation for Link Up for Pink and  I hope you enjoy.

The Patterned paper I used is from Echo Park 6x6 paper pad "Country Drive."  The image is from Digi Darla, "Butterfly Surprise" and colored with my Copic Markers and I think it is just an adorable image and I paper pierced around the die cut.  The "Dream" embellishment is from Recollections.

So that is my creation for today and I will be posting more often now that my shoulder is cooperating.

Best Wishes

I am sorry for not having my Link Up for Pink DT member card posted on time, but unfortunately I had a bad back and shoulder ache. Yes, my daughter and I decided to move our Scraproom from the second floor to downstairs and after hauling 38 cubes plus all the scraping goodies and being uh..... 72?, you would think I would have learned by now that I need to limit somewhat what I do. Yeah, right.... LOL Anyway, I am doing better after quite a few Chiro visits and I am sure in a few more weeks I will be as good as new... well, as good as second hand at my age. :) So with all that being said, here is my card wishing each and everyone Best Wishes for a Happy New Year. I hope and pray this will be the year a cure is found.

Here is my creation and I hope you enjoy.

All of the paper used is from a paper pack I purchased at Michael's a good while back, an 8x8 pack named Mambi for Breast Cancer.  The adorable stamped image is from Sassy Studio Designs, Pink Ribbon Frame and is an awesome image for my project and all coloring is done with my Copic markers.  Thanks to Sassy Studio for being our sponsor for Challenge 7, you're fabulous!
